These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“Customer”) and Complete Solar Solutions (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) regarding the use of our solar monitoring services. By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Available Plans
Premium Solar Monitoring – Monthly Plan
- This plan is billed monthly.
- It is a month-to-month subscription.
- You may cancel at any time after the first billing cycle with 30 days’ written notice.
Premium Solar Monitoring – Yearly Plan
- This plan is prepaid for 12 months.
- It is non-refundable, even if canceled before the end of the term.
- It automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled.
- You must provide 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date to cancel and avoid renewal.
Premium Solar Monitoring + Panel Cleaning Plan
- This plan includes solar monitoring and one panel cleaning annually.
- It is billed monthly over a 12-month period.
- It requires a 12-month commitment.
- Early cancellation will result in the immediate charge of the remaining balance of the 12-month term.
- This plan automatically renews each year for another 12-month term to include a new panel cleaning service, unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.
2. Eligibility
You must be a residential property owner with a functioning solar system to subscribe to our services. Your system must be internet-connected and capable of providing real-time production data. We currently support systems from major inverter manufacturers such as Enphase and SolarEdge.
3. Services Provided
Complete Solar Solutions provides remote performance monitoring of your residential solar energy system. Our service includes:
- Daily data monitoring and performance tracking
- Alert notifications in the event of irregular system behavior
- Guidance on possible next steps if an issue is detected
We do not provide installation, repair, or warranty services for your solar system or any of its components.
4. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@completesolarsolutions.com.
- Cancellations are not considered effective until confirmed in writing by our support team.
- A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of any plan after the applicable commitment period is fulfilled.
- Charges may continue through the 30-day notice period.
- For the Panel Cleaning Plan, early cancellation before the end of the 12-month term will result in the remaining balance being charged immediately.
5. Limitations of Service
While we actively monitor your system, we do not guarantee the detection of all issues. Our monitoring is dependent on the availability and accuracy of your system’s data. Monitoring interruptions caused by power outages, system disconnections, or loss of internet connectivity are not the responsibility of Complete Solar Solutions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Complete Solar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
We collect limited personal and system data necessary to provide our services. We do not sell your data. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) only as needed to deliver our services. 9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you by email or via our website at least 30 days before they go into effect. Continued use of our services after the changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
