To begin monitoring your solar system, we need to be added to your SolarEdge account. Follow these steps carefully — it should only take a few minutes! Make sure you either take a photo of your inverter’s label or be physically next to it. Then gather the following information:

  1. Customer Number
    • This is your SolarEdge unique customer number.
    • You can check the email you received after registering or
    • Log into the SolarEdge monitoring platform. Once logged in, you can typically find your customer number within your account settings or profile.
    • If you’ve forgotten it, you can recover it here: Recover Customer Number.
  2. Serial Number
    • Found on the asset label on the right side of the inverter (top module).
    • The label must say “Photovoltaic Inverter.”

  3. Site ID
    • Log into your SolarEdge account and check the URL bar.
    • Or open the mySolarEdge mobile app and look under Site Details.

    • You may also call SolarEdge if you’re unable to access your Site ID.
  4. Email Address
    • Must be the one associated with your SolarEdge account.
  5. Phone Number
    • Also must match your SolarEdge account.
  6. Complete Solar’s Installer Account ID
    • 387952
